Why an account was inactivated
Often we have accounts that are inactivated and several people are working on the system. It would be great if we could get a pop up to fill out when we are inactivating accounts. Whatever was filled out in that box will show under the "inactive" box so you can easily know why it was inactivated. This will help our team from accidentally reactivating an account because of incomplete information.
